Refund policy

Returns Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase at buyers cost. A proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required.


Non-Returnable Items: 

Customised or personalised items.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper application.

Return Process:

Contact us via our contact page and advise us of your intention to return and the reason why. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Eligibility:

Refunds are issued for eligible items once they are received and inspected.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Processing Time:

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of receiving the product. We may require photographic evidence to process a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds
