Order Processing

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking is optional when selecting Australia Post.
  • Sendle shipments include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Undelivered or Lost Items

  1. If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit:

    • Please contact us via our contact page with your order number.
    • We will work with the shipping provider to locate your parcel and provide updates.

  2. Incorrect Address:

    • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Reflectives is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers via Sendle. For these addresses, select Australia Post at checkout.
